SPIKES CAVELL & Co
Spikes Cavell was founded in 2005 by Luke Spikes and Roger England, who worked for 16 years developing database solutions together.
They developed the observatory, an online database containing detailed expenditure data of hundreds of local authorities, universities, NHS Trusts and other public sector bodies. As at October 2007 the company had online access to 2,396,599 creditors, financial transactions worth more than £63.9bn and over 40 million invoices.
The Fund invested together with Dr. Andrew Rickman who, as the Chairman of the Board, works closely with us to assist the company during this rapid growth phase.
